Firca.ai Refund Policy Effective Date: June 28, 2025 At Firca.ai, a Techfrica LLC service, we value your satisfaction and want to be transparent about refunds. 1. Subscription and Billing Firca.ai offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal. 2. Refund Eligibility All subscription fees are non-refundable once charged, except as required by consumer protection laws. We do not provide partial refunds for unused time or credits. If a significant outage prevents you from accessing paid features for 72+ consecutive hours, you may request a pro-rated refund for that period. 3. Cancellation You may cancel anytime through account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not refund the current billing period. 4. Disputes If you believe you were wrongly charged, please contact support@firca.ai within 14 days of the charge. We will review claims in good faith and respond within 5 business days. 5.
