Firca.ai Terms of Service Effective Date: June 28, 2025 These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Firca.ai, a product of Techfrica LLC (“Firca.ai,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). Firca.ai is an AI SaaS platform offering access to Techfrica's own AI tools as well as integrations with third-party AI services. By using Firca.ai, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services. 1. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old to use Firca.ai. If you are under 18, you may only use the platform with verified parental or guardian consent. Use of Firca.ai is not permitted where prohibited by law. 2. User Accounts You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. You may delete your account at any time through account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts in cases of Terms violations, illegal activity, or abuse. 3. Services Provided Firca.ai provides: Access to Techfrica-developed AI tools Connections to third-party AI models (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere) Data processing and analytics features Account management tools Use of third-party integrations is also subject to their own legal terms and privacy policies. 4. Responsible Use of AI You must not use Firca.ai for illegal, harmful, or unethical purposes. You may not input or distribute illegal, violent, or abusive content. You may not use Firca.ai to develop or deploy autonomous weapons, deepfakes intended to mislead, or other misuse of generative AI. You agree to comply with applicable local, national, and international laws when using Firca.ai. 5. Intellectual Property All platform content, code, and trademarks remain the property of Techfrica LLC. You retain ownership of your input data and generated results, except where prohibited by law or third-party agreements. 6. Payment and Subscriptions Firca.ai may offer free and paid plans. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. 7. Limitation of Liability Firca.ai is offered on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. Techfrica LLC does not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or reliability of results. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Firca.ai. 8. Dispute Resolution All disputes will first be handled by our support team. Any legal disputes shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA. 9. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms occasionally. Updates will be posted with a new effective date. Your continued use of Firca.ai means acceptance of the updated Terms. 10.
